Service Description

Key Focus Areas: * Improved Flexibility & Range of Motion: Target major muscle groups used in pole (hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders) for increased flexibility and improved execution of advanced moves. * Enhanced Performance: Develop beautiful lines, shapes, and fluid transitions through targeted stretching. * Injury Prevention: Reduce muscle tension and the risk of injury through a comprehensive stretching program. * Relaxation & Stress Reduction: Experience the calming benefits of focused stretching. Session Structure: * Dynamic, Passive, Static, and PNF Stretching: Utilize a variety of techniques for optimal results. * Equipment Utilization: Incorporate poles, yoga blocks, resistance bands, and trigger point massage balls to assist stretching. * Partner Stretches: Receive personalized support from the instructor. * Home Practice: Receive a short follow-along video to continue your stretching practice between classes. Suitable For: * All levels, including beginners. * Non-pole fitness students are also welcome to benefit from this class. What to Wear: * Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (e.g., joggers, leggings, t-shirt). * Bring a water bottle. * Mats are provided, but you may bring your own if preferred. Safety Policy: * Student and instructor safety is paramount. * Adhere to all instructor guidance. * Use equipment as instructed. * Do not attempt moves not taught or supervised by instructors. * Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all participants. Terms & Conditions: * No refunds. * No transfers, refunds, or substitutions within the cancellation policy. * Declare any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation. * Report any injuries sustained during class to the instructor. * All bookings must be made through our online booking system. * Class warm-ups are mandatory. * Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. * Class packages must be used within their validity period. * Pole Fitness Falkirk reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Pass Details: * This pass grants you access to 4 class credits. * These credits must be used within one month of the purchase date. * You can redeem your credits for any of our weekly sessions, including: * Pole Classes * Pole Choreography (Heels) Class * Stretch Class * Pole Practice Time. Terms and Conditions Refund and Cancellation Policy: * Refunds: No monetary refunds will be issued for this pass. Class Cancellations: * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded. * Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be credited towards another class within the pass validity period. Limitations: * This pass is not valid for Private Tutorials, workshops, or any other services offered by Pole Fitness Falkirk. * This pass cannot be extended beyond the specified validity date. * This pass is non-transferable and valid for one user only. * Pole Fitness Falkirk reserves the right to revoke this pass in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.
