Our Intro to Pole Classes have been specially designed for beginners.
Service Description
These classes provide a supportive and structured learning environment which has been specifically designed for beginners. Although the spins and movements in each session will be varied from week to week, our set structure ensures that all students follow along with the instructor, learning the same fundamental spins and movements together. This approach will provide a solid foundation of beginner level pole dance and may assist in students feeling more confident to move onto our all-level pole classes. There is no limit to how many Intro to Pole classes students can take howecer anyone wishing to explore inversions and more advanced techniques must move into our all-levels pole classes for further progression. What to Wear: * Comfortable Attire: Wear loose-fitting clothing like leggings and a t-shirt for ease of movement. * Shorts: Bring a pair of shorts to class. Short clothing allows for better grip on the pole. * Bare Feet: Training barefoot enhances grip and flexibility. * No Moisturizer: Avoid applying moisturizer 12 hours before class, as it can reduce grip. * Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during and after class. Safety Policy: * Student & Instructor Safety: Our top priority is the safety of all participants. * Adhere to Instructions: Follow all instructions provided by the instructor carefully. * Proper Equipment Use: Use equipment as instructed and avoid attempting moves not taught or supervised. * Qualified Instruction: Only certified instructors will lead classes. * Safe & Respectful Environment: Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Class Regulations: * Age Restriction: Classes are for individuals aged 16 and above. * Maximum Class Size: A maximum of 2 students per pole will be allowed in each class. * No Jewelry: Remove all jewelry before using the pole. Terms & Conditions: * No Refunds: All sales are final. * Cancellation Policy: No transfers or refunds within the cancellation policy. * Medical Conditions: Declare any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate. * Injury Reporting: Report any injuries sustained during class to the instructor immediately. * Booking System: All bookings must be made through our online booking system. No drop-ins are permitted. * Warm-up Participation: Warm-up exercises are mandatory. Failure to participate may result in being unable to continue the class.

Pass Details: * This pass grants you access to 4 class credits. * These credits must be used within one month of the purchase date. * You can redeem your credits for any of our weekly sessions, including: * Pole Classes * Pole Choreography (Heels) Class * Stretch Class * Pole Practice Time. Terms and Conditions Refund and Cancellation Policy: * Refunds: No monetary refunds will be issued for this pass. Class Cancellations: * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded. * Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will be credited towards another class within the pass validity period. Limitations: * This pass is not valid for Private Tutorials, workshops, or any other services offered by Pole Fitness Falkirk. * This pass cannot be extended beyond the specified validity date. * This pass is non-transferable and valid for one user only. * Pole Fitness Falkirk reserves the right to revoke this pass in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.
